Working from a Corona Beach theme, this project required a surf board shaped display. This effect was accomplished using a combination of E-flute and curved scores. The display had to hold a variety of products including visors, hats, t-shirts and can/bottle coolies. The footprint had to fit a counter and in a beer cooler and restricted to fit within the 84?UPS shipper limit. Generic Corona art work and logos were provided and adapted to this display. Starting near the bottom the ocean meets the shore line from there the sky line slowly blends back into the ocean scene near the top. Gentle curved scoring along the ocean graphics created a dramatic effect.

The Creative / Design Team at Jamestown Container Lockport has worked on multiple projects with a focus on forming corrugated in non-traditional ways. Long gone are the days of flat planes and sharp angles! Instead of settling for just adding a little curvature to a design, we decided to push the envelope and encompass an entire structure with an angle-free corrugated wrap covered in flames.
The spiral wrap is supported only at the points at which it makes contact with the center core. Because laminated N-flute sheet wrap entirely around the display it truly is 3-dimensional. To capitalize further on the 3 dimensional aspect, we placed the display on a turntable and incorporated a battery-operated motor causing the display to rotate.
Our Submission is pure, true function in a beautiful form. This display, covered in graphics, brilliantly and vibrantly promotes Inferno Tabasco Peppers. It is now an extremely powerful marketing tool. The combination of an incredibly unique structure, eye-catching graphics, and motion has made this display an unparalleled attention grabber.
It may be a very clich?statement, but there is no doubt about it?This display truly is outside of the box!
