1.禁止客户端缓存要在<head>中加入类似如下内容(我当然还没有这么用过)：
<META HTTP-EQUIV="pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache, must-revalidate">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Wed, 26 Feb 1997 08:21:57 GMT">
2.在服务器的动态网页中禁止缓存，要加入类似如下脚本
(1)asp(好久不用了):
<%
Response.Expires = -1
Response.ExpiresAbsolute = Now() - 1
Response.cachecontrol = "no-cache"
%>
(2)jsp(我现在经常用的):
response.setHeader("Pragma","No-cache");
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-cache");
response.setDateHeader("Expires", 0);
